The County Government of Siaya (CGS) invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for the Provision of the above-mentioned Works.
Tendering will be conducted through the Open Tender method using the standardized Open Tender Document in accordance with public procurement regulations. This procurement is County Specific and reserved for AGPO-registered Women-Owned Enterprises who are residents of Siaya County.

Bidders who download the tender documents are required to immediately forward their company details (Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Email) to supplies@siaya.go.ke to enable communication of any clarifications, amendments, or addenda that may arise during the tender period.
Pricing and Tender Requirements

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.

All prices must be expressed in Kenya Shillings (KES).

Tenders shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the date of tender opening.

Each tender must be accompanied by a duly completed Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the tender document.

Tenderers must serialize all pages of the submitted tender documents in chronological order.
Submission of Tenders
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender/RFP Identification Number and Tender Name, and deposited in the Tender Box located at the main entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices along Hospital Road, Siaya Town, or addressed and posted to:

Tenders must be received on or before 20th March 2026 at 12:00 Noon (EAT).
Opening of Tenders
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, Siaya Town.
Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
