Tender Requirements
- Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, expressed in Kenya Shillings (Kshs.), and remain valid for 98 days from the tender closing date.
- Tenders must be accompanied by:
- A Tender Security, or
- A Tender-Securing Declaration Form, as specified in the tender document.
- All submitted documents must be serialised in chronological order.

Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Number and Description, and deposited in the Tender Box at:

Closing Date and Opening
- Submission Deadline: 20th April 2026 at 12:00 Noon
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
