The County Government of Siaya wishes to notify all prospective tenderers that, following the publication of the above-mentioned tender on the Electronic Government Procurement Portal (eGPP) on 29th June 2026, it has been established that the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) was inadvertently omitted from the tender documents uploaded to the portal.
Bill of Quantities Amendment: Tender Reference No.: 5027/168/0176/2025-26
Accordingly, the Bill of Quantities is hereby attached to this Addendum and shall form an integral part of the tender document. Tenderers are advised to download and use the attached BOQ when preparing and submitting their bids.
The tender timeline remains unchanged as follows:
- Tender Start Date: 29th June 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
- Tender Closing Date: 7th July 2026 at 12:00 noon.
All prospective tenderers are requested to take note of this amendment and ensure that their submissions are prepared using the attached Bill of Quantities.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the tender remain unchanged and shall continue to apply.
