The County Government of Siaya (CGS), through the Bondo Municipal Board, invites sealed tenders for the above-mentioned construction works.
This is a County-Specific Procurement reserved for AGPO-registered Persons with Disabilities (PWD)-Owned Enterprises that are residents of Siaya County and registered as Building Works Contractors by the National Construction Authority (NCA).
Tendering will be conducted using the Open Tender Method through a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested tenderers who meet the eligibility requirements.

Tenderers who download the tender document are advised to immediately forward their particulars to supplies@siaya.go.ke to facilitate the issuance of any clarifications, amendments, or addenda that may arise during the tender period.
Tender Prices
Prices quoted shall:
- Be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and delivery costs;
- Be expressed in Kenya Shillings (KES);
- Remain valid for a period of Ninety-Eight (98) Days from the tender closing/opening date.
Tender Security
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form duly completed in the format provided in the tender document.
Serialization of Tender Documents
Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Submission of Tenders
Completed tender documents shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Identification Number and Tender Name and deposited in the Tender Box located at:
