The County Government of Siaya wishes to notify all prospective bidders that, following a review of the tender documents for the above-mentioned tender, it has been established that the Bill of Quantities (BQ) initially uploaded was incorrect.
Accordingly, the correct Bill of Quantities is hereby issued and forms part of the tender document. Tenderers are advised to use the revised Bill of Quantities attached to this Addendum when preparing and submitting their bids.
The tender commencement and closing dates remain unchanged as follows:
- Tender Start Date: 11th June 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
- Tender Closing Date: 22nd June 2026 at 12:00 noon.
Prospective bidders are advised to take note of this amendment and ensure that their submissions are based on the revised Bill of Quantities.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the tender shall remain unchanged and continue to apply.
