Amendments to Preliminary Evaluation to Determine Responsiveness
Parameter 8 of the preliminary evaluation required bidders to duly Complete, Sign and Stamp Financial Resources Form FIN-1 while Parameter 9 required tenderers to similarly duly Complete, Sign and Stamp Historical Contract Non-Performance, Pending Litigation and Litigation History FORM CON-1.
The two forms were however not included in the tender documents. Tenderers are advised that the two parameters shall not be evaluated since the forms were not included in the tender document.
The closing / opening date and all other tender conditions remain the same.
