ROADS TENDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023-2024
We refer to Roads Tenders advertised on Thursday 19th November, 2023 and wish to issue the addendum below with regard to Qualification Form Summary (Sub-Factor 15 and 16) under SECTION III - EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.

Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience |
A minimum number of two (2) similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or sub-contractor between 1st January 2018 and tender submission deadline i.e. 2 (Number) contracts, each of minimum value Kenya shillings (Equal to Tender Sum) equivalent.
For subcontracted Works the Bidder should provide the following:
· Award letter of the Main Contractor
· Award letter of the subcontract
· Completion letter of the Subcontract
· Proof of payment (attach payment certificates and certified bank statements indicating proof of payment)
The similarity of the contracts shall be based on the following:
· a minimum construction experience in at least two (2) of:
- Building Construction Works
- Rehabilitation Works |

Equipment Holding: Major items of Equipment proposed to carry out the Contract (Owned, leased or hired) and an undertaking that they will be available for the Contract. These Must include but not limited to: -
- Concrete mixture
- Transportation vehicles
- Compaction Machine
- Excavation machine
