(2)  ADDENDUM NO. 1 FOR CGS/PWI/OT/2021-2022/092 FOR UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD AND MAINTENANCE OF BORO – HARAMBEE ROAD

Please refer to the above tenders.

Following the pre-bid meeting and site visits held on Friday 8^th April, 2022, and upon enquiry from prospective bidders particularly on missing summary page in the BoQs uploaded in the County Government of Siaya Website, we wish to issues Addendum No. 1 for each of the tenders being replacement of the BoQs earlier uploaded with the attached.

Extension of the deadline for submission of tenders: Pursuant to Instruction to Tenderers 7.3 and 21.2, the deadline for submission of tenders is hereby extended from Tuesday 26^th April, 2022 to Friday 6^th May, 2022 at 12.00 noon.

All other terms and conditions of the tender remain the same.
