The Department of Public Works, Energy, Roads and Transport is responsible for developing and maintaining the county’s physical infrastructure to support mobility, accessibility, and sustainable growth. It oversees the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of county roads, bridges, and public buildings to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable infrastructure. The department also promotes the development and management of energy resources, including the adoption of renewable energy solutions to enhance access to clean and affordable power.
