The County Government of Siaya intends to urgently engage the services of an experienced Firm to Facilitate Unpacking of the Siaya Youth Service Bill. The firm will be responsible for: -
- Provision of full board conference facilities
- Provide facilitators one of which must be a current member of LSK who will provide an in-depth understanding of the bill
- Provide a suitable Rapporteur
- Pay transport costs to participants on reimbursable basis at set limits
The general objective of the assignment is to unpack the Siaya County Youth Services Bill.
