AMENDMENTS TO PRELIMINARY EVALUATION TO DETERMINE RESPONSIVENESS
The tender notices / Invitation to Tender and Parameter 1 of the preliminary evaluation criteria of both tenders required tenderers to respond both electronically through the IFMIS Supplier Portal and also manually submit Physical tender documents. Due to a technical hitch, tenderers will not be able to respond through the IFMIS Supplier portal. This parameter has thus been expunged from both tenders and replaced with the following: -
“Tenderers must be registered with IFMIS and be able to transact through the IFMIS Supplier Portal. Provide evidence of registration and/or submit a signed declaration with details of tenderers unique IFMIS registration number”
The closing / opening date and all other tender conditions remain the same.
