Addendum – Clarification On Tender Submission Deadline
We refer to the tender notice that was published in the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) and the County Government of Siaya Website (www.siaya.go.ke) for the following tenders on 9th December, 2024.

It was indicated in the tender notice that the tenders were to be received on on or before 24th November, 2024 at 12.00 noon while in the tender documents, it was indicated that the tenders were to be received on or before 24th December, 2024 at 12.00 noon. WE HEREBY, THROUGH THIS ADDENDUM, CLARIFY THAT THE TENDERS SHALL BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, 20TH DECEMBER 2024 AT 12.00 NOON.
All other tender conditions remain the same.
