In compliance with the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, the County Government of Siaya, through the Department of Finance & Economic Planning, has conducted comprehensive public participation in the Siaya County Annual Development Plan (ADP) for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
The public participation forums were held across all 30 wards in the county, where citizens voiced their priorities, concerns, and suggestions for inclusion in the county’s development agenda.
We are pleased to inform the public that the Citizen Participation Report on the Siaya County ADP 2025-2026 has been compiled and submitted to the County Assembly of Siaya for consideration. This report is now available for public access and review on the County Government of Siaya’s official website – www.siaya.go.ke
The County Government of Siaya is committed to ensuring that the voices of its citizens are heard and integrated into our planning and budgeting processes. We encourage all residents to review the report and stay informed about the development priorities for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
