The County Government of Siaya, Department of Agriculture, Food Security Livestock and Blue Economy intends to provide tractor hire services in South East Alego during the long rains at subsidized rates.
Procurement will be undertaken through Community Participation Procurement method. Interested Organized Community groups across South East Alego ward within the County are invited to Express Interest by submitting applications with proof of registration of the groups from any authorized Government Agency.
Organized Community Groups that choose to apply should submit their applications in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the EOI identification number and name and be deposited in the tender box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES within Siaya Town and posted to:
